Thursday is an assembly schedule for the second trimester be YOU, Be Golden Willy Wonka and the Ranger Pride Factory rally! Friday is regular schedule with the Ranger Pride Carnivals periods 1 – 3. Also on Friday, the Ranger Pride Color Run Fundraiser is happening during 6th period!

We’re proud to share some exciting news! The Townsend Junior High 2025 yearbook, “A New Beginning,” has been selected for inclusion in Varsity Yearbook’s distinguished Portfolio Volume 31 — a national showcase highlighting the most outstanding yearbooks across the country. Out of more than 900 submissions, only 686 schools were chosen for this honor, recognizing excellence in scholastic journalism, innovative design, and compelling storytelling. Congratulations to Editors-in-Chief Edith Leung and Charlotte Wang, photo editors Erin Aviles, Lily Gallegos, Anika Parikh, and Haley Savalia for this prestigious recognition. Your creativity and dedication truly shine!

East Coast Trip Meetings & Important Dates Checked luggage fees are due in cash to Mrs. Valleroy by Monday 3/16/26; please drop off at the office in an envelope with your student's name and 'Luggage Fees' ATTN: ECT Mrs. Valleroy. -Thursday 3/12/26- ECT Parent Chaperone Meeting- online meeting 6pm- link will be sent before the meeting. All parents traveling with the group on the trip, please join us to review important information for the trip. - Monday 3/16/26 MANDATORY Student Meeting – in person in the Media Center 8:15am-9:00am. -Friday 3/27/26 Student ECT Wristband pick-up - in person in room 506, before school or after school.
