Back-to-School Night will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m., however dinner will be available for purchase starting at 5:00 p.m. Please note that parking lot space will be extremely limited, so we encourage you to arrive early to secure nearby neighborhood parking. For your convenience, the pedestrian gate leading from Duke Ave. will also be open for families to enter. Schedule of Events: 5:00 p.m. – English Learner Parents Meeting 5:30 p.m. – Title 1 Meeting 6:00 – 6:15 p.m. – Welcome & Announcements 6:20 – 7:45 p.m. – Meet & Greet with Teachers Food and items will be available for purchase (cash preferred). Yearbooks are currently on sale online only at www.yearbookordercenter.com (Order #12929) for the lowest price they will be all year long! Families of 8th grade students may now also purchase a parent recognition ad separately at the same site while space lasts. Ads may be built and saved on the website, but space is not reserved until the ad has been purchased. For technical difficulties please contact Varsity Yearbook at 1-866-287-3096. The yearbook staff is also accepting school-appropriate baby pictures of 8th graders at https://forms.gle/tkvSzxfVTppzkVtj9 (students must be signed into CVUSD account to access form) until August 29 for a special feature in the yearbook.
